Loi sur les normes d’emploi Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows: Sa Majesté, sur l’avis et avec le consentement de l’Assemblée législative du Nouveau-Brunswick, édicte : 1 Subsection 36(1.1) of the Employment Standards Act,

chapter E-7.2 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 1982, is repealed and the following is substituted: 1 Le paragraphe 36(1.1) de la

Loi sur les normes d’emploi,

chapitre E-7.2 des Lois du Nouveau- Brunswick de 1982, est abrogé et remplacé par ce qui suit : 36(1.1) An employer may only provide a statement re- ferred to in subsection (1) to an employee electronically if the employer provides to the employee, through the employee’s place of employment, 36(1.1) L’employeur ne peut remettre sur support élec- tronique le bulletin de paie prévu au paragraphe (1) que s’il fournit au salarié, à son lieu d’emploi : (

a) confidential access to the electronic statement, and

Section 44.024 of the Act is amended L’article 44.024 de la Loi est modifié (

a) in subsection (2) in the portion preceding para- graph (

i) by striking out “eight weeks” and substitut- ing “twenty-eight weeks”; (

c) in subsection (5) by striking out “eight weeks” and substituting “twenty-eight weeks”.

m) and substituting the following:

d) by adding after paragraph (

m) the following:
