Order in Council 467/2026

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas pursuant to

section 3 of Ontario Regulation 651/21 made under the Endangered Species Act , 2007, the Lieutenant Governor in Council may appoint persons to be members of the board of directors of the Species at Risk Conservation Trust;

And

Whereas by Order in Council O.C. 1356/2021, remuneration was set for persons appointed to the board of directors of the Species at Risk Conservation Trust;

And

Whereas the Government of Ontario wishes to revoke Order in Council O.C. 1356/2021;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 1356/2021 is revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
