Chapter 217 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Income Tax Act, is pleased to make regulations respecting the Nova Scotia post-secondary graduate tax credit in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of report and recommendation, effective on and after January 1, 2006.
