OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated December 3, 2008, and pursuant to

Section 18 of

Chapter 371 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Highways Act, is pleased to extinguish the right of the public to use that portion of the public highway system, situate at or near Melford, in the County of Guysborough and more particularly described in

Schedule "A" as shown crosshatched in red on

Schedule "B" which Schedules are attached to and form part of the Report and Recommendation.
