OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia dated February 28, 2017, and pursuant to
Section 7 of
Chapter 28 of the Acts of Nova Scotia, 1996, the Real Estate Trading Act , is pleased to: (
a) appoint Carol Beal of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as a member of the Nova Scotia Real Estate Commission to serve the unexpired portion of the term of office of John Nause, which appointment was made by Order in Council 2016-88 dated April 5, 2016, which provided for a term of three years commencing April 5, 2016, and ending April 4, 2019; and (
b) appoint Nancy McGrath of Bridgetown, Annapolis County, as a member of the Nova Scotia Real Estate Commission for a term of three years commencing April 27, 2017.
