Order in Council 1468/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Derrick Mealiffe was appointed a member of the Board of Directors of the Metropolitan Toronto Convention Centre Corporation for a term of three years, effective August 4, 2016, by Order in Council O.C. 1177/2016;

And

whereas Derrick Mealiffe replaced Judi Cohen as a member of the Board of Directors of the Metropolitan Toronto Convention Centre Corporation;

Therefore, pursuant to the provisions of the Metropolitan Toronto Convention Centre Corporation Act, Order in Council O.C. 649/2013 dated May 8, 2013, be revoked effective August 4, 2016.
