OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations dated November 8, 2007, and pursuant to

Section 35 of

Chapter 129 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Direct Sellers' Regulation Act, is pleased to amend the Direct Sellers Regulations, N.S. Reg. 93/76, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 76-1186 dated October 12, 1976, by repealing subsection 9(2) of the regulations, effective on and after November 28, 2007.
