OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Legal Aid Act dated January 4, 2021, and pursuant to
Section 4 of
Chapter 252 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Legal Aid Act, is pleased to: (
a) reappoint Trinda Ernst of Berwick, Kings County, as a part-time director on the Nova Scotia Legal Aid Commission for a three (3) year term commencing June 22, 2021; (
b) reappoint Ronald Chisholm of Truro, Colchester County, as a part-time director for a three (3) year term commencing March 30, 2021; and appoint Jade Pictou of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as a part-time director for a three (3) year term commencing February 6, 2021.
