Order in Council 1215/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas

section 2 of Ontario Regulation 672/00 made under the Development Corporations Act was amended to continue the Ontario Media Development Corporation under the name Ontario Creates;

Now therefore pursuant to sections 5 and 6 of Ontario Regulation 672/00 made under the Development Corporations Act ,

Vincent Georgie of Lasalle

be reappointed as a member of the board of directors of Ontario Creates to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding 3 years, effective the later of October 7, 2024 or the date this Order in Council is made.
