Statute: Halifax-Dartmouth Bridge Commission Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal, dated March 1, 2019, and pursuant to Sections 3, 4 and 6 of

Chapter 7 of the Acts of 2005, the Halifax-Dartmouth Bridge Commission Act is pleased to: (

a) revoke the appointment of Victoria L. Harnish as a Member and Vice-Chair of the Halifax-Dartmouth Bridge Commission made by Order in Council 2017-339 dated December 14, 2017; (

b) re-appoint Victoria L. Harnish of (Hubbards) Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Member of the Halifax-Dartmouth Bridge Commission, and appoint her as Chair of the Commission for a term of three years commencing on March 29, 2019; and (

c) order that Victoria L. Harnish be remunerated for her services in the amount of $18,200 per year and be reimbursed for reasonable expenses actually incurred in fulfilling her duties as member and Chair, provided that any such reimbursement does not exceed that normally payable to members of the civil service.
