to the OIL AND GAS COMMISSION ACT [Section 22]. Order in Council 375/2005,

approved and ordered March 30, 2005.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Administrator,

by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective

April 1, 2005,

section 3 of the Oil and Gas Commission Levy Regulation,

B.C. Reg. 363/98, is amended

(

a) in paragraph (

a) by striking out "$0.64" and substituting

"$0.70", and

(

b) in paragraph (

b) by striking out "$0.32" and substituting

"$0.35".
