B.C. Reg. 461/2004, deposited October 22, 2004, pursuant to the COURT RULES ACT [Section 1]. Order in Council 1011/2004, approved and ordered October 21, 2004.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, made after consultation with the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective November 1, 2004,

Schedule 2 of Appendix C of the Supreme Court Rules, B.C. Reg. 221/90, is amended

(

a) in item 2 (

a) by striking out "100" and substituting "120",

(

b) in item 2 (

b) by striking out "45" and substituting "60",

(

c) in item 3 (

a) by striking out "150" and substituting "175",

(

d) in item 3 (

b) by striking out "45" and substituting "60",

(

e) in item 5 (

a) by striking out "150" and substituting "175",

(

f) in item 5 (

b) by striking out "45" and substituting "60",

(

g) in item 8 by striking out "the sheriff must be paid 40¢ for each kilometre traveled beyond a radius of 16 km from the sheriff's office nearest to the place where service is effected" and substituting "the sheriff must be paid 45¢ for each kilometre travelled".
