OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated January 31, 2019, and pursuant to Sections 41A of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act ,
Section 18 of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act , and all authority in him vested, is pleased, effective date of the Order to revoke the appointment of Janice L. Brown as Acting Clerk of the Executive Council made by Order in Council 2012-70 dated March 13, 2012.
