Order in Council 535/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 9(7) of the Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation Act, 2011 , S.O. 2011, c. 9, Sched. 32:

The part-time Chair of the Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation shall be compensated at the rate of $30,000 annually and $500 per diem.

The Chair shall be reimbursed for work-related expenses incurred while engaged in the business of the Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation in accordance with the Travel, Meal and Hospitality Expenses Directive and any other TB/MBC directives.
