An Act to Amend the Elections Act Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, en- acts as follows: 1 Subsection 43(2) of the Elections Act,

chapter E-3 of the Revised Statutes, 1973, is amended (

a) by repealing paragraph (e); (

b) by repealing paragraph (f). PROJET DE LOI Loi modifiant la Loi électorale Sa Majesté, sur l’avis et du consentement de l’Assemblée législative du Nouveau-Brunswick, décrète : 1 Le paragraphe 43(2) de la Loi électorale, cha- pitre E-3 des Lois révisées du Nouveau-Brunswick de 1973, est modifié

a) par l’abrogation de l’alinéa e);

b) par l’abrogation de l’alinéa f). 3
