OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated May 25, 2004, and pursuant to Public Service Act, the

Interpretation Act, the Public Service Superannuation Act, the Civil Service Act, and all other authority in Her vested, is pleased to: (

a) ratify, confirm and approve the appointment of Greg Keefe as Acting Deputy Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations effective on and after December 2, 2002 to May 30, 2004; (

b) appoint Greg Keefe as Deputy Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations, effective May 31, 2004; (

c) confirm the appointment of Greg Keefe to be an employee for the purposes of the Public Service Superannuation Act; (

d) designate Greg Keefe as a deputy head within the meaning of the Civil Service Act and the Public Service Act and direct that he shall receive all customary benefits associated with the position of deputy head including participation in the Province of Nova Scotia Long Term Disability Plan during the term of his appointment; and (

e) fix and determine the terms and conditions of employment of Greg Keefe as may be approved by Treasury and Policy Board.
