OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated May 29, 2013, and pursuant to clause 65 (2)(
a) of
Chapter 42 of the Acts of 2005, the Involuntary Psychiatric Treatment Act, is pleased to (
a) appoint Syed Naveed Akhtar of Halifax Regional Municipality (Dartmouth) as a member of the Review Board for a two year term commencing on June 4, 2013; and (
b) confirm remuneration for the member in accordance with rates set in Order in Council 2011-183 dated May 24, 2011.
