Order in Council 1544/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care Appeal and Review Boards Act, 1998, Valerie Samson of Oro Medonte be reappointed as a part-time member of the Health Professions Appeal and Review Board for a fixed term of three years, effective January 9, 2022 or the date this Order in Council is made, whichever is later.
