Order in Council 1237/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 110(2) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, Order in Council O.C. 1430/2021 dated October 21, 2021, reappointing Adam Beatty as full-time vice-chair of the Ontario Labour Relations Board be revoked, effective May 2, 2022.
