B.C. Reg. 378/2008 , deposited December 9, 2008, pursuant to the FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION ACT [Section 18]. Order in Council 910/2008, approved and ordered December 8, 2008.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

section 3 of the Forgiveness of Student Loans Regulation, B.C. Reg. 236/2001, is amended by adding the following paragraphs:

(

g) the British Columbia Early Childhood Education Loan Assistance Program;

(

h) the British Columbia Loan Reduction Program for Residential Care Aid and Home Support Worker Programs.
