B.C. Reg. 100/2019 , deposited May 13, 2019, under the FOOD AND AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS CLASSIFICATION ACT [section 47]. Order in Council 232/2019, approved and ordered May 13, 2019.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Wines of Marked Quality Regulation, B.C. Reg. 168/2018, is amended as set out in the attached Schedule.

Schedule

Section 3 (3) (

c) of the Wines of Marked Quality Regulation, B.C. Reg. 168/2018, is repealed.

Section 20 (1) (

c) is amended

(

a) in subparagraph (

i) by striking out " and ", and

(

b) by adding the following subparagraph:

(i.1) the date on which the wine passed a sensory wine evaluation and the date on which the wine was bottled, and .

Section 37 is amended by adding the following paragraph:

(c.1) the wine is bottled within 90 days of passing a sensory wine evaluation conducted in accordance with

section 39; .

Section 38 (

a) is amended by striking out " production unit of the wine " and substituting " finished wine ".

Section 43 (

b) is amended by striking out " unless subcategorized as Select Late Harvest wine or Special Select Late Harvest wine, ".

Section 51 (2) (

a) is amended by striking out " wine; " and adding " wine at least once on at least one label; ".

7 The table in

section 56 (1) is repealed and the following substituted:
