Order in Council 454/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas pursuant to the prerogative of Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Ontario the Lieutenant Governor in Council may make public appointments;

Now therefore Aissa Nauthoo is appointed at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council as a part time member of the Provincial Advisory Committee on Francophone Affairs (the “Committee”), effective the date this Order in Council is made.

And further that such appointment is for a term not exceeding three years from the date of this Order in Council.

And further that Aissa Nauthoo will be reimbursed for all reasonable expenses, including costs incurred for travel, meals and accommodation, in accordance with the Management Board of Cabinet Directives and the rate established thereunder.

And further that Aissa Nauthoo will receive no remuneration for her services on behalf of the Committee.
