resi in er of the Executive Council PROVINCE OF BRITISH COLUMBIA ORDER OF THE LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL Order in Council No. 331 , Approved and Ordered MAR 9 • Lieutenant Governor Executive Council Chambers, Victoria On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that (

a) Janet Banks be appointed to the position of Clerk in the Office of the Minister of Community Development, Cooperatives and Volunteers, being a position which will require the incumbent to act in a confidential capacity to a member of the Executive Council, with terms and conditions of employment equivalent to those established for category B appointments in Order in Council 806/89; (

b) the Pension (Public Service) Act applies to Janet Banks; (

c) the appointment of Janet Banks, made by Order in Council 1065/99, is rescinded. (A, IAA Miniker o Multiculturalism and Immigration and Minister Responsible for the Public Service (This
