(1) The application fee for the renewal of a fuel oil wholesaler approval per year is as follows: (

a) if the volume is less than 50 000 L . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $13.30 (

b) if the volume is greater than 50 000 L, subject to the minimum fee set out in subsection (2), the application fee for the renewal of a fuel oil wholesaler approval per year under the Motive Fuel and Fuel Oil Regulations is calculated based on the total fuel oil volume sold at the rate per litre of $0.000130.

(2) The minimum application fee for applying to renew a fuel oil wholesaler approval per year for a volume greater than 50 000 L is $132.65. 163
