Order in Council 1264/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 4.1(2) of the Ontario Energy Board Act, 1998 , Robert Dodds , of Oakville, be appointed by the Lieutenant Governor in Council as a full-time Vice-Chair of the Ontario Energy Board for a fixed term of two years effective the date this Order in Council is made.
