Order in Council 643/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Order in Council numbered O.C. 1396/2021 dated October 14, 2021 that appointed Martin Hajek of Ottawa as a part-time member of the Health Professions Appeal and Review Board under the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care Appeal and Review Boards Act, 1998, be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
