Order in Council 559/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 672.38(1) of the Criminal Code, R.S.C. 1985, c. C-46,

Peter Jude Prendergast of Toronto

be reappointed as a part-time Psychiatrist member of the Ontario Review Board for a period of five years, effective March 1, 2017 to and including February 28, 2022.
