OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Acadian Affairs and Francophonie and the Minister of Communities, Culture, Tourism and Heritage dated June 28, 2024, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Acadian Affairs and Francophonie entering into an Agreement for Cooperation and Collaboration between the Governments of Manitoba and Nova Scotia with Respect to their Francophone Populations with the Government of Manitoba, in the form set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the Agreement.
