OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for

Part I of the Gaming Control Act dated May 13, 2014, and pursuant to

Section 18 of

Chapter 4 of the Acts of 1994-95, the Gaming Control Act, is pleased, effective June 17, 2014, on the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia Provincial Lotteries and Casino Corporation, to: (

a) appoint Robert MacKinnon as Chief Executive Officer of the Nova Scotia Provincial Lotteries and Casino Corporation; (

b) authorize Robert MacKinnon to use the title "President and Chief Executive Officer"; and (

c) determine the remuneration for Robert MacKinnon as Chief Executive Officer of the Nova Scotia Provincial Lotteries and Casino Corporation to be set at $158,000 per annum subject to annual adjustments, if approved by the Board, consistent with annual adjustments provided to members of the Senior Officials pay plan, if any, as they may be approved by Executive Council.
