Order in Council 1373/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 58 (2) and (4) of the Electricity Act, 1998,

Gergely Orencsak

is reappointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Electricity Financial Corporation ( OEFC ) and designated as Chair of the Board of Directors of OEFC , in each case to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a term not exceeding three years, effective as of October 1, 2020.
