OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated July 4, 2001, and pursuant to
Chapter 511 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Youth Secretariat Act, and
Section 4 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased, effective July 13, 2001, to: (
a) assign the administration of the Youth Secretariat Act, as heretofore assigned to the Honourable Rodney J. MacDonald, to the Member of the Executive Council holding the office of the Minister of Education; and (
b) direct that all affairs and matters for administrative purposes relating to the Youth Secretariat and the Youth Advisory Council, be attached to the Department of Education.
