Section 14 of
Chapter 140 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Elections Act, is pleased, to appoint Bernard Conrad of Timberlea, Nova Scotia, as returning officer for the electoral district of Timberlea-Prospect, effective on and after January 15, 2008.
