OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation dated February 26, 2013, and pursuant to subsection 7H(1) of
Chapter 260 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Liquor Control Act, and to subsection 19(
f) of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to approve an amendment to the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation's By-law #5, respecting Non-Bargaining Unit Staff Compensation and Benefits, made by the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation on December 17, 2012, by replacing Appendix "A" to By-law #5 with Appendix "A" to
Schedule "A" that is attached to, and forms part of the Report and Recommendation.
