Order in Council 96/2026

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 9 of the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care Act , Stuart Selby of Toronto be appointed as a part-time member of the Committee to Evaluate Drugs to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
