Order in Council 1043/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Michelle Labelle was reappointed a part-time member of the Ontario Parole Board for a term of one year, effective January 23, 2018, by Order in Council O.C. 2372/2017;

And

whereas Michelle Labelle tendered her resignation effective August 1, 2018;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 77(

a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 and subsection 32(2) of the Ministry of Correctional Services Act , Order in Council O.C. 2372/2017 be revoked effective August 1, 2018.
