Under the authority of

section 3 of the Municipalities Act

and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act

, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order.

The boundaries of the Town of

Heart

's Content are as set out in the Schedule.

Regulation 883/78 is repealed.

Schedule

Beginning at a point, that point being the most western extremity of Bacon Cove Head;

Then in a generally easterly direction a distance of 6,775 metres, more or less, to the southern extremity of Murphy's First Pond;

Then in a generally southerly direction a distance of 7,650 metres, more or less, to the southeastern abutment of Halfway Bridge;

Then in a generally westerly direction a distance of 7,050 metres, more or less, to the most northern extremity of Hanging Hill Pond;

Then in a generally northwesterly direction a distance of 5,975 metres, more or less, to a point, that point being where a small brook flowing from Freshwater Pond meets the sea;

Then following the sinuosities of the shoreline in a generally northerly direction to the point of commencement.
