Order in Council 241/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 3 of the Highway Traffic Act, R.S.O. 1990,

chapter H.8,

Marcelle Crouse

be appointed as Registrar of Motor Vehicles effective February 23, 2023.

Further that Order in Council numbered O.C. 679/2022, dated March 24, 2022, appointing Ramneet K. Aujla as Registrar of Motor Vehicles, be revoked effective February 23, 2023.
