OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour and Advanced Education dated May 10, 2014, and pursuant to clause 5(1)(

a) of

Chapter 8 of the Acts of 1991, the University Foundations Act , is pleased to: (

a) appoint James Kehoe of Cape Breton Regional Municipality (Sydney) member of the Cape Breton University Foundation for a term of 3 years commencing June 26, 2014; and (

b) appoint Norma Boyd of Cape Breton Regional Municipality (Sydney Forks) as a member of the Cape Breton University Foundation for a term of 3 years commencing June 26, 2014.
