OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations dated March 6, 2012, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to approve the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations entering into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Republic of Austria, respecting the reciprocal exchange of driver's licenses, in the form set out in

Schedule "A", attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective March 27, 2012.
