B.C. Reg. 104/2018 , deposited June 1, 2018, under the ACCESS TO ABORTION SERVICES ACT [sections 5 (1) and 15 (2) (a)]. Order in Council 258/2018, approved and ordered June 1, 2018.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Abortion Services Access Zone Regulation, B.C. Reg. 337/95, is amended

(

a) by adding the following section:

Vancouver Island Women’s Clinic

5 Subject to

section 5 (3) of the Access to Abortion Services Act , the access zone for the facility operated by the Vancouver Island Women’s Clinic at 104 – 284 Helmcken Road in the Town of View Royal is established as the area within the heavy outline on the plan in Appendix 5. , and

(

b) by adding the attached Appendix 5.
