OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Lands and Forestry dated December 20, 2018, and pursuant to subsection 7(

c) and clause 16(1)(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Lands and Forestry: (

a) issuing a grant or deed to convey a parcel of Crown lands containing approximately 4.0 hectares (10 acres) located at Northeast Margaree, Inverness County, identified as a portion of PID 50133446 and shown outlined in bold and shaded in grey on the plan marked

Schedule “A”, which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation, to Leo Roger Mombourquette and Marilyn Mombourquette, their respective executors, heirs, trustees, administrators and approved successors and assigns; (

b) accepting from Leo Roger Mombourquette and Marilyn Mombourquette, their respective executors, heirs, trustees, administrators and approved successors and assigns a parcel of land containing approximately 8.1 hectares (20 acres) located at Northeast Margaree, Inverness County, identified as a portion of PID 50133859 and shown outlined in bold with no shading on the plan marked

Schedule “A”, which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation, subject to the condition that Leo Roger Mombourquette and Marilyn Mombourquette, their respective executors, heirs, trustees, administrators and approved successors and assigns be able to certify title to the land in a manner deemed sufficient by the Department of Justice; and (

c) executing such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
