OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated July 14, 2015, and pursuant to sections 13 and 15 of

Chapter 31 of the Acts of 2004, the Police Act , is pleased to: (

a) re-appoint Jean Mckenna of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as a member of the Nova Scotia Police Review Board and designate her as Chair of the Review Board for a term of three years commencing July 29, 2015; (

b) re-appoint Judith McPhee, Q.C., of Halifax Regional Municipality (Bedford) as a member of the Nova Scotia Police Review Board and designate her as Vice-chair of the Review Board for a term of three years commencing July 29, 2015; (

c) re-appoint Paulette Anderson of New Glasgow, Pictou County, as a member of the Nova Scotia Police Review Board for a term of three years commencing July 29, 2015; (

d) re-appoint Dr. Daniel Paul of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as a member of the Nova Scotia Police Review Board for a term of two years commencing July 29, 2015; (

e) re-appoint Ann Mann of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as a member of the Nova Scotia Police Review Board for a term of two years commencing July 29, 2015; (

f) re-appoint Betty Thomas of Halifax Regional Municipality (Dartmouth) as a member of the Nova Scotia Police Review Board for a term of two years commencing July 29, 2015; (

g) appoint John Manning of Halifax Regional Municipality (Dartmouth) as a member of the Nova Scotia Police Review Board for a term of one year commencing July 29, 2015; (

h) appoint John Withrow of Halifax Regional Municipality (Mineville) as a member of the Nova Scotia Police Review Board for a term of one year commencing July 29, 2015; (

i) determine the remuneration of Jean McKenna as member and Chair of the Nova Scotia Police Review Board to be $200.00 per meeting; (

j) determine the remuneration of Judith McPhee, Q.C., as member and Vice-chair of the Nova Scotia Police Review Board to be $175.00 per meeting; and (

k) determine the remuneration of Paulette Anderson, Dr. Daniel Paul, Ann Mann, Betty Thomas, John Manning and John Withrow as members of the Nova Scotia Police Review Board to be $150.00 per meeting.
