An Act to Amend the Crown Lands and Forests Act Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as fol- lows: 1 Paragraph 29(5)(

b) of the Crown Lands and Forests Act,

chapter C-38.1 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 1980, is amended by adding “, in the following order of prior- ity,” after “identify”. 2 This Act comes into force on a day to be fixed by proclamation. PROJET DE LOI Loi modifiant la

b) de la

Loi sur les terres et forêts de la Couronne,

chapitre C-38.1 des Lois du Nouveau- Brunswick de 1980, est modifiée par l’adjonction de « dans l’ordre de priorité qui suit, » après le mot « déterminer ». 2 La présente loi entre en vigueur à la date fixée par proclamation.
