Order in Council 465/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Nives Montano was reappointed as part-time member of the Animal Care Review Board, for a term of three years, effective February 10, 2018, by Order in Council O.C. 2356/2017;

And

whereas Nives Montano was reappointed as part-time member of the Fire Safety Commission for a term of three years, effective February 10, 2018, by Order in Council O.C. 2359/2017;

And

whereas Nives Montano was reappointed as part-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a term of three years, effective February 10, 2018, by Order in Council O.C. 2366/2017;

And

whereas Nives Montano tendered her resignation effective December 3, 2018;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 77(

a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 , subsection 16(2) of the Ontario Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act , subsection 58(2) of the Fire Protection and Prevention Act, 1997 and subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 , Orders in Council O.C. 2356/2017, 2359/2017 and 2366/2017 be revoked effective December 3, 2018.
