OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic and Rural Development and Tourism dated August 7, 2012, and pursuant to paragraph 105 of the Articles of Association of Waterfront Development Corporation Limited is pleased to: (

a) appoint Bernard P. O'Rourke of Halifax Regional Municipality (Fletchers Lake), as a voting member of the Board of Directors of Waterfront Development Corporation Limited, for a term of four (4) years commencing October 2, 2012; and (

b) authorize the payment of $150.00 per day to the member of the Board for work involving the Waterfront Development Corporation Limited.
