OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated November 27, 2002, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Deborah A. Mattatall-Dobson, which appointment was made pursuant to Order in Council 86-171 dated February 18, 1986; and (
b) appoint Deborah A. Hall of Westchester, Cumberland County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits.
