Section 3 of

Chapter 379 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Trustee Act, is pleased to appoint Fiona M. G. lmrie, Q.C. of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as an Acting Public Trustee, effective on and after March 22, 2011.
