OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated January 19, 1999, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Ella Cochrane of Kentville, Kings County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, which appointment was made by Order in Council 86-1158 dated September 23, 1986, while employed with the Municipality of Kings; and (
b) appoint Ella Cochrane of Newport, Hants County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, while employed with the Province of Nova Scotia.
