OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated September 18, 2014, and pursuant to
Section 7 of
Chapter 10 of the Acts of 1995-96, the Medical Act , is pleased to appoint Mary Ann Barker, of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax), Mary Oxner, of Antigonish, Antigonish County, J. Dena Bryan, of Pictou, Pictou County, Richard (Rick) C. J. Nurse, of Halifax Regional Municipality (White’s Lake), and Michele J. Brennan, R.N. of Halifax Regional Municipality (Porters Lake), as members of the Council of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Nova Scotia for a three year term commencing on November 4, 2014.
