OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Community Services dated April 14, 2011, and pursuant to Sections 4 and 5 of
Chapter 130 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Disabled Persons Commission Act, is pleased, effective May 9, 2011 to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Joe Rudderham as a member of the Disabled Persons Commission; (
b) appoint Lorna MacPherson as a member of the Disabled Persons Commission for a term of two years; and (
c) appoint Don Glover of the Department of Education as a member of the Disabled Persons Commission for a term of two years.
